The Bald Guys Alliance began with a simple identity: bald blokes, a sense of humour and a desire to do some good.

We use the thing people notice first to direct attention somewhere more useful: charities, community action, reconnection and people who deserve not to disappear from view.

The work we have set ourselves is loneliness. Not the clinical version, which is somebody else's job, but the ordinary kind: mates who stopped replying, family who drifted, the bloke who has not been to anything since his hours changed. We are not a service and we are not experts. We are a reason to send the message.

Our humour targets baldness and our own awkwardness. Never somebody's hurt.
